"es simplemente terrible, las fotos no reflejan lo malo que es el lugar. El colchon no es incomodo es una piedra, no podras nunca dormir. Nosotros despues de una noche tuvimos que cambiar de hotel por eso. Ademas la cosa absurda es la calor, son habitaciones supermal ventiladas, que si dejas abierta la ventana en la noche se llena de mosquitos y si pides por un ventilador la respuesta es: "es un hostal, no se dan ventiladores". Es barato si pero ni aunque fuera gratis vale la pena. NO IR. "

"The hotel is very beautiful and in a quiet area, near many restaurants but not walkable to tourist attractions. Breakfast is very good but very limited. The room is spacious and all the facilities are just great and the service at the reception is very polite and lovely. The only thing i don't accept is that with 12 degrees celzius outside the heater doesn't exist in this hotel. I woke up to a cold room, got out from a shower to a cold room, and got sick. I complained to the hotel and still wait for a compensation, i expect much more from 5 stars hotel in that price"
