One was laying on the bed and told me to come in that they would be leaving shortly. Ugh...no! So I went back down to see if I had been given the wrong room. She apologized and gave me a different room a few doors down from my original room. When I shut my door i noticed there was no lock on the door. Self latch was taken off and no doorknob...

“Checked in on Friday afternoon, went to dinner and came back to discover that there was no cold water in our room. Went to bed thinking it would be better in am. It wasn't, the water was so hot that taking a shower was miserable. Had early baseball game, so when we return I went to front desk to inform them and they sent the maintenance person to our room. He informed us of the new upgrade to tank water system and there were issues with 3 other rooms and he couldn't fix it and had no solution....

“The breakfast was not the best unfortunately. They put like cheese wiz or something like that in the eggs. I’m not sure what it is, but it’s gritty… had to scrape it off just to make the eggs edible. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. I had to move the couch a bit so that I could get the pull out bed ready and there was trash underneath the couch. Also, the TV didn’t work. Even the lady at the front desk tried to help me and couldn’t get any of the channels to work. I would to say that she was...

“Parking was easy! Staff was a little impatient with me, but I'm an old lady and I need a little extra help! Room was tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was better than I expected!”
