“Checkin was simple, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy, AC worked like a champ. Pool was a little cool but still refreshing. Breakfast was usual fare but hot and ready before 6am.
Only small complaints would be the room smelled strongly of cleaning product when we first entered and the bed could have used a thicker duvet/comforter..other than that it was better than I expected”

“READ THE MOST RECENT REVIEWS. ABSOLUTE BAIT AND SWITCH!! All photos of this property are misleading. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in 10 years. I came for graduation and didn’t get there until later at night, otherwise I would have immediately bailed. Dirty room, dated and downtrodden, holes in the sheets, no hangers, room smelled like cigarette smoke, shocked they didn’t have bedbugs (to my knowledge). Key card didn’t work initially and had to get a new one. Waited over 20 mins to check-in....

We paid in full, through Expedia, a couple of weeks prior to our check in. Processing of that payment was confirmed through PayPal, & Expedia confirmed payment to Home2Suites by Hilton in Champaign IL.
However, Home2Suites processed a second payment the day of our check in, through the debit card on our Hilton rewards account.
