“The room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed and nice large bathroom. Liked the round couch/loveseat in the room. The room was quiet. We were on the 4th floor. The pro to this hotel room was the most important which is a great bed and clean room. The cons for me were a thermostat that if no movement in the room stops. So when sleeping may not stay the temperature you like. There was a coffee maker in the room but no free coffee in the lobby. Overall was a great stay and would stay again.”

“Very clean room, super nice staff. The breakfast was top notch (try the lemon or churro flavored waffles, they were outstanding!) It’s a nice quiet hotel and I felt very comfortable there. When I visit my family in East Lansing, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.”

“Our flight was cancelled so we needed a hotel for the night. Crown plaza was available and they didn’t disappoint. It was reasonably priced, clean and updated. It was comfortable and the staff were friendly. They offered free snacks in the evening for all guests and what most impressed us is the free breakfast. It wasn’t your normal complimentary service. It was a sit down restaurant called Kindred Table and they offered a full menu. You could order anything you wanted. Exceptional place and we...
