“Surprisingly, the nightstands were extremely small; I could hardly place a my telephone and a book on it. Heated toilet seat was more like a barbecue than anything else, so do you job quickly or you’ll get branded on your butts!”

“Great location in the old town. Everything was much appreciated. We got some concerns : 1) check in 16.00 it’s really late (first time it happens) 2) not having the breakfast in the building it’s a minus from my prospective 3) MAIN : so many noises especially during the morning. Works outside start really early and the glass are soooo thin! Unfortunately always wake up with noises around 06.30am 4) no cleaning room - costs 9 5 dollars ”

“Front desk closed early for some reason, but check in instructions were clear. Breakfast staff was wonderful, attentive and friendly. Most annoying issue was I had left an item in my room and called the front desk but got no answer so I left a message. After a few hours I tried calling again with no answer.so we stopped by anout 2pm. The lobby door was locked and no one at the front desk. We finally got the maintenance lerson's attention who helled me get my item. She said front desk should have...

“Excellent location in Downtown Montreal. Valet service was very helpful, and the front counter staff brings you a nice continental style breakfast in the morning. The only drawback is that the suites are located on the second floor of the property which are accessed by a flight of stairs. If the valet is not on duty, you need to get yourself and your bags to the second floor. Aside from that, the property is a very chic, boutique style hotel in a location close to everything.”
