“When we arrived, the front desk informed us that because our booking was made through Expedia, they had not yet received payment and could not check us in. We were asked to wait, and after about 20 minutes, the same staff member contacted a manager. The manager then advised them to proceed with check-in and handle the Expedia payment on the back end.

“The room was clean, however there were 3 scent plug-ins in a double room that were absolutely overwhelming. We had to unplug them and open the doors to air out the room before we could settle in. There was also an issue with the shower, the water kept pulsing on an off (ran normally for about 20 seconds, fizzled out and stopped for 5-10 seconds, came back on again with a few seconds of ice cold water before getting hot again).
It's a cute family friendly place, they do allow pets in some rooms...
