“We had a lovely stay at the Buddle inn, all the staff were welcoming and very friendly, the room was top class and roomy with a comfortable bed and a large en suite. Tea and coffee, biscuits and water provided in the room. We really enjoyed our time here and would definately come again.”

“The property is a period house and the owner Chris has kept it to that style, very clean with a excellent breakfast cooked to perfection by Chris with a wide and varied choice of food. Whitwell is a designated dark sky area with some very pretty houses lots of thatched roofs,the local pub is only a few minutes walk and well worth a visit,the food is excellent. I would definitely recommend a stay at Kingsmede ,it fulfilled all my wife and I hopes”
