“The staff was very friendly helpful. The room was huge, clean, quiet, wifi great, all the meals I had was tasty and well presented. I noticed that the service at the pool was very slow and it took forever to pick up the dirty dishes. I am not sure if the manager is giving enough guidance”

“firstly communication was not clear because when I get the guesthouse the person who was assisting me told me that I'm supposed to be in Strand but the direction that I got was for Somerset. I was so confused but assisted me because there was a room that was free in that site. very thing is perfect very apartment is very nit and clean. ”

“Basic accommodations, didnt look like the photos. Less of a hotel bit like staying in someone house. Mold around shower and ok room for a quick overnight stay. 20 min walk to restaurants though. Bed comfy. ”

“Beat all of our expectations, and they were pretty high from reading the reviews! Accommodation is brilliant and has all amenities we could wish for. Great breakfast and we tried the lunch here last day, also superb. But the by far best thing was the staff. “Our cottage was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The communication with the host was excellent and I loved waking up to the beautiful view of the mountains. Next time we’ll stay for longer and use the pool! ”

“We couldn’t operate the guest stove, no instructions were give on arrival. Secondly we needed to call the owner to show us how to operate the TV including WiFi connection.”
