“The staff were very friendly, loved the history of the place. a few things could do with a bit more love, but staff told us there were plans for a spa etc. So would think about a re visit in a year in the summer.”

“This was by far one of the best inn rooms I have slept in for years. The bed was big and comfortable with a great mattress topper, two big wide windows for air. There was both a bath and a shower and both were clean. Tv and great coffee machine with plenty of milk and sugar with milk alternatives if needed. “The room was not clean, the carpets were stained and dirty, the chair was dirty, the shower was dirty. They changed the room which was better, however I was too tall to have a shower as the ceiling was so low so I had to bath. Good breakfast ”
