We arrived in the evening and after the check-in we entered in our room but they completely forget to service it from the previous guests.
The reception changed our room but they only had one with view... inside the lobby ! Also the room was only ready for 2 so we had to call and wait for the 3rd bed to be prepared.
As a partial amendment to this, they offered us the breakfast for the next day.
