“Room was diabolical for such a large hotel, dirty cups left behind the curtains, hole in the wall filled with a plastic shopping bag, view from window was like looking onto a run down housing estate, not happy at all, to top it off whilst I was there I got a price to stay the same day and it was £100 cheaper, didn`t even stay for breakfast, couldn`t wait to get out of the place, it only got a 1 star because I couldn`t give it zero”

“Great location overlooking the beach.
Very close to the open air theatre.
About a 20 minute walk to a really good fish & chip shop (the Lifeboat) with eat in area.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and tidy. Body and hair shower gel in the shower and little bottles of shampoo and conditioner and shower gel on side.
Breakfast good with enough choice.
Only downside was the parking. I had emailed to book parking but there wasn’t anything booked for me. I was given a permit to park...

“Loved our overnight stay. This was a lovely tough of luxury from the hot tub and swimming pool to the complimentary mini bar. Would have liked to stay longer.”

“Great location of the property, near the beach. A steep walk back from the beach unless you walk into Filey.
Lovely comfortable flat, super comfy bed. Great bathroom/shower.
Everything you would need for your holiday.
It was lacking instructions for using coffee machine, & dishwasher etc. due to all information being online.”

“We had a lovely 3 night stay in apartment 4 which had an amazing sea view. The apartment was nicely decorated, was bright and airy and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely return.”

“Our stay at the the bay was just what we needed,the apartment had every that we could possibly need and more welcome package was much appreciated, weather was lovely walk was good. The pub on site bit pricey but really nice to sit out. Would defiantly recommend and would book again for same apartment.”
