“I first stayed there 3 years ago. At that time a language barrier made it challenging but we did it. This time my language was much better. The included breakfast was excellent and they checked to make sure everything was good. Room was very clean and tidy. I will stay there again. ”

“What's good: 1. Big flat in a good condition wit a kitchenet. 2. Near ski bus 3. Easy communication with owners 4. Breakfast and tea corner 5. Sauna and jakuzzi Not so good: 1. “Awesome Skihotel! Our stay was in fall, great for hiking at the high Tatra. The room (3 beds) was big & very comfortable. Bathroom a little bit tiny but nice. Great for a family stay. Sauna, hot tub, steambath, professional gym (a lot of weights, machines, heavy barbells), kids playroom, adult recreational room (pool billard, kicker table, table tennis...) Nice reastaurant, cool bar, very good breakfast. And there is aThermal Bath across the street.”

“there was a reservation for 4 people two adults two children upon arrival we were met by the managers later they saw our family and contacted the owner then they demanded an additional payment of 150 PLN from us for the fact that the children are not children And they are considered as adults although the age was indicated on the site children after that we turned around and left do not recommend this hotel to anyone because there are extra hidden charges”

“This was not a good experience. Here are the details: - You have to drive to a different location to pick up the keys - That office has limited hours - There is a cleaning fee in the fine print (225 ZL) - Some furniture is in poor condition - The power went off in the apartment and we had to be home to get it fixed - The parking security gate worked occasionally so we were sometimes locked in or locked out. - The master bedroom door can't open all the way because the bed is in the way - People...

“We had a pleasant stay, used spa, played bowling, enjoyed nice breakfast. Views are stunning! Rooms may need some updating but as long as you are after a good location and facilities rather than a modern room, this is the right place :) a lot to do for families as well as couples and reasonable restaurant prices.”

“Perfect property for visiting nearby ski slopes. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had a great time and would stay here again if we come back to the area. Parking was busy directly outside property, but there were plenty of spaces in the main car park area. Communication was great before arrival and our questions were answered quickly.”
