“Clean room Polite and helpful staff”

“I was looking for a quite place near the international airport and near Bole. I was lucky enough to find a room at Guzara Hotel. The amazing English speaking staff made sure everything was ok and were extremely helpful and polite during my entire stay. The neighborhood is safe and silent during the night. The rooms were always clean and with warm water. You can't ask for anything more ”

“My friend and I stumbled upon the Afropolitan while searching for relatively stable wi-fi in order to work. It was the best in the area, the beds were ridiculously comfortable and the food in the restaurant was delicious! The best thing about our stay, however, was the attentive and helpful owner. He gave us his personal phone number to direct taxis to the hotel. He even sent two members of his staff to help us when my friend got suddenly ill and had to go to hospital. I couldnt recommend this...

The guesthouse has a nice garden in which I could sit, eat my food, drink my coffee, chat with guests, at any time. ”

“They said they had free sauna and steam service but after booking they said they only have it free early in the morning. Breakfast wasn’t interesting. Customer service was poor. They don’t pick up their phones when they are called for information. Did some unnecessary questioning and said that we didn’t pay when clearly they were paid. ”

“Loved the staff, incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are very clean and well kept, making the stay comfortable. The location is also perfect just a 10-minute walk to Bole, the main city center. Overall lovely experience, highly recommend!”

“6 of us had headed to Addis for a stag-do. Their massive aparthotel-type rooms did the job for us. 3 massive rooms with 6 beds and a large living room sufficed for all our shenanigans. However I give 3 stars instead of 5 because there were many power outages and the hotel didn't have any back-up power. Come on Archi, invest in an electricity generator. ”
