I dont understand all the negative reviews about this place, despite being really stressed and having no help from airport staff etc. The staff at Golden Phoenix made our whole layover as comfortable as possible while assisting with things way out of their range just to make sure we were looked after.

Really nice cleaning service, does a thorough job cleaning the rooms when asked. In suite laundry was really easy to use. Strong air conditioning saved us from the Beijing heat.
