The apartment is accessed by an independent entrance, open the door you will find in the large OPEN SPACE, equipped with a balcony overlooking the beautiful panorama of Lake Como, equipped with table and chairs, perfect for romantic aperitifs or quiet contemplative breakfasts on the landscape.

The living room has a double sofa bed and a smarttv connected to the internet with streaming channels (Prime Video) and a fully equipped open kitchen: stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, freezer, food processor, toaster and a washing machine.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and blackout curtains, a large desk that looks at the French window and the landscape, great for work, also this room has a balcony equipped with two comfortable loungers.
