Villa Marliana is located in the beautiful setting of the Tuscan hills within the Marliana Estate, which extends over 20 hectares cultivated partly with vineyards and partly with olive groves, orchards, seed orchards and woods. Their products include wine and oil and come from organic farming practices. The villa enjoys a well-connected yet peaceful spot between Florence and Pisa, two showstoppers for sightseeing. To the north is Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci and home to a fascinating museum about his life and work. To the south is the market town of San Miniato, famed for its truffle festival. Plenty for everyone to enjoy.



Villa Marliana has the wow factor. There’s a private pool with sweeping views of the Tuscan countryside, a panorama that can also be enjoyed from the vast tree-lined lawns and two vine-covered terraces.

Inside, there are three large reception rooms with sofas to sink into and huge picture windows to gaze through. There’s an equally big dining room that will seat the whole gang or you could choose to eat around the table in the enormous kitchen.



All six bedrooms are generous in size and have their own bathrooms – in fact, a couple are better described as suites. Luxury touches include a four-poster bed, oversize showers, sitting areas, and double-aspect views of the countryside.
