Welcome to our beautiful house in Cerrione. We hope you'll enjoy your stay. We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a Nespresso machine and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
This house has 6 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 12 people;
3 bedrooms are equipped with double beds queen size and 2 with new double sofa and one with 2 single beds which can be transformed into one doube bed upon a request.
The 100m2 living room has an open fire. Wood is available.

There are 4 bathrooms, all with toilets and bidets, 1 with jacuzzi bathtub and shower, another one with bathtub and 2 with showers (one shower with water jets).
There is also a separate toilet with a sink on the ground floor.
Linen and towels are all included.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is after 2pm and check-out is at 11a.m.
- Smoking of any kind is not allowed.
- There are free parking facilities on premises
- Pets are allowed only if they are well educated and well behaving. Propery is surrounded by 12ha of land with fields and forests. There are 3 fantastic golf clubs nearby (one in walking distance) where you can practice or learn a new activity. Natural Reserve of Besse famous for its antic gold mining is 5min from the property and lake Viverone (second biggest in Piemonte) 10 min by car. Next to the property is Centre Hippico de St. Giorgio with over 20 lovely horses available. There is also a private airport in Cerrione.

You are very close to the longest morainic hill in Europe, the Bessa Nature Reserve, the ancient Vittimuli gold mines. You can discover the Trappist monastery of Sordevolo, fabulous Lake of Viverone and many other fascinating places.

Come casa indipendente, troverai tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole.
La cucina è dotata di frigorifero, piano cottura, forno a gas, bollitore, Nespresso, congelatore e forno a microonde.
La casa è un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e offre una televisione e accesso a Internet.

La casa dispone di 6 camere da letto e può ospitare comodamente 12 persone.
3 camere da letto sono dotate di letti matrimoniali queen size e 2,con nuovo divano doppio e una con 2 letti singoli che possono essere trasformati in un letto matrimoniale su richiesta.
Il soggiorno ha un caminetto. La legna è disponibile

I bagni sono 4, tutti con wc e bidet, 1 con vasca idromassaggio e doccia, l'altro con vasca e 2 con doccia (una con getti d'acqua).
C'è anche una toilette separata con lavandino al piano terra.

Lenzuola e asciugamani sono inclusi.

La proprietà è circondata da 12 ettari di terreno con campi e bosco. Ci sono 3 fantastici golf club nelle vicinanze dove puoi imparare nuove attività. La Riserva Naturale di Besse famosa per le sue antiche miniere d'oro è a 5 minuti dalla proprietà e il lago di Viverone (il secondo più grande del Piemonte) a 10 minuti di auto. Accanto alla struttura si trova il Centro Ippico San Giorgio con piu da 25 adorabili cavalli a disposizione. C'è anche un aeroporto privato a Cerrione.

En tant que maison indépendante, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable.
La cuisine est équipée d'un réfrigérateur avec congélateur, d'une plaque de cuisson, d'un four à gaz, d'une bouilloire, Nespresso machine et d'un micro-onde.
La maison est un endroit parfait pour se détendre et offre une télévision et un accès Internet.


Cette maison dispose de 5 chambres et peut accueillir confortablement 10 personnes.
3 chambres sont équipées de lits doubles queen size et 1 avec canapé double neuf et une avec 2 lits simples qui peuvent être transformés en un lit double sur demande.
Le salon a un feu ouvert. Feu ouvert aussi dans la salle à manger. Le bois est disponible.

Il y a 4 salles de bains, toutes avec toilettes et bidets, 1 avec baignoire jacuzzi et douche, une autre avec baignoire et 2 avec douches (une avec jets d'eau).
Il y a aussi un WC séparé avec lavabo au rez-de-chaussée.

Les draps et les serviettes sont inclus.

Die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten und wird Ihren Urlaub zu einem einzigartigen Erlebnis machen.


Als Selbstversorgerhaus finden Sie alles, was Sie für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigen.
Die Küche verfügt über einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank, ein Kochfeld, einen Gasofen, einen Wasserkocher, Nespresso und eine Mikrowelle.
Das Haus ist ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und bietet einen Fernseher und Internetzugang.

Das Haus verfügt über 6 Schlafzimmer und bietet bequem Platz für 10 Personen.
3 Schlafzimmer sind mit Queensize-Doppelbetten ausgestattet und 2 mit neuem Doppelsofa und eines mit 2 Einzelbetten, die auf Anfrage in ein Doppelbett umgewandelt werden können.
Das Wohnzimmer hat einen offenen Kamin. Holz ist vorhanden

Es gibt 4 Badezimmer, alle mit WC und Bidet, 1 mit Jacuzzi-Badewanne und Dusche, eins mit Badewanne und 2 mit Duschen (eines mit Wasserdüsen).
Es gibt auch eine separate Toilette mit Waschbecken im Erdgeschoss.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Hausregeln:
