“Terrible experience at this hotel. We were supposed to stay here for 7 nights. I checked out after 2 nights. On our 2nd day, we left our room for an hour to go for breakfast. When we returned, our room was flooded. Water all over, our clothes, bag were wet. Upon bringing this to the attention of the front desk, the guy very conveniently said — “oh yes, that floor has been having that issue”. Why in the world would they give out rooms on the floor that is having an active issue with water leaks...
