Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 50 m² air-conditioned house with shared pool for rent in Cervione, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 27 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 30 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 27 m² living room with TV and sofa
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Shower room
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and two single folding beds (ideal for children)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan.

Outside:
- An unheated shared swimming pool (2 x 10×5m), open from mid-May to mid-September. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- A lovely 25 m² enclosed garden
- A 10 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Cervione, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare Maritime de Bastia, about 1 hour's drive away.
- Nearest airport: Figari airport, about 2 hours by car

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- A security camera is located in the living room. Please disconnect it on arrival and reconnect it before departure.
