“Hotel hermoso !!! El Único problema es que nos tocó una habitación que teníamos que subir escaleras y traíamos maletas pesadas , otra cosa la tina de baño no tenía regadera era complicado bañarse Pero el Hotel físicamente es muy bonito y muy bien ubicado”

Unfortunately we were only told the morning of arrival that the private jacuzzi on the patio was not functioning, which was the whole reason we chose this property and paid significantly more than other hotels in the area. Management offered us an extra free night but our other travel was already booked. They said they couldn’t offer a discount for our stay since we booked through hotels.com. Ultimately we enjoyed our time there and ”
