Property was a nice experience with its medieval feel and location. Place was quite clean and nicely decorated. The issue we had, there was very little hot water for showers and the shower drain flooded within a few minutes. Only 1 out of 4 family members could have a warm shower. This has been an issue before based on a prior review and it continues to be an issue, unfortunately.

It is a cool little tower. It was hard to reach the property owners though. We had an unexpected later arrival and Expedia could not reach them to notify them. I heard later from the owners that they had difficulty reaching out to us ( foreign phone and access) Fortunately, we were able to find some people who lived in the community who were able to reach out. To the owners on our behalf to help us get the pass code on how to get into that room …We were going to have to sleep in our car… Expedia needs to be more proactive with reaching the customer directly via phone and helping us navigate through urgent situation’s.

We had the second floor which had two bedrooms that worked perfectly for our family of three. Easy contactless checkin. Very charming space with nice decor and extras like a table and chairs, couch, games. The location was quiet (we had no bar noise) and very walkable into the oldest parts of town. We saw another family enjoying their delivered breakfast and wish we had done that- they used the patio and it looked very festive and lovely. We kept our room cool by closing the windows during the day and opening them at night to get a little cross breeze.

What a find! We loved our stay in the Krumolov Tower. We booked for 2 nights for 2 adults and 2 kids. Perfect location to old town, lovely rooms and breakfast. We would highly recommend.

Fun in Cesky Krumlov!
What a great hotel! One of our most memorable, romantic, and fun places to stay! Very nicely appointed, great location and an adorable town. The csoarkling wine and roses were a beautiful touch too!

All the details.
This place was great. I mean, what's not to love about sleeping in a tower? Very close to the center and the river and the local brewery, but enough away to be quiet. The room was very well laid out with many nice details. There was a coffee maker in the room and a stand up shower. There is no reception, but we were contacted days in advance by an owner, Ondrej to give us a lock box code. He stopped by to check with us later and gave us some suggestions for meals which were great. A little pricey for me everyday, but it was worth a splurge for a night.

nice place to stay, but no hot water in shower
Unique "hotel". Great location. Fairly easy to communicate with the owner via Whatsapp. The only issue was that the shower water would not get hot, even after 30 minutes of running it. So after the first person in my group attempted to take a shower, no one else took one. Fortunately we were only there for one night.

宿泊日に行くとスタッフは誰もおらず扉をノックしても鍵がかかっており周りの店の人に聞いてもわからないと言われました。結局2時間ほど待ちましたがどうにもならず そのまま帰りました。詐欺だと思います。

Dear guest, I am really sorry for your experience. However you came aroun 8 PM and the staff is not there by this time. Before you came I sent you an email about arrival time and also about "how to get in manual" in case of late arrival. I also try to call you. When you were leaving after waiting you wrote real time feed back about problems with waitnig, imidiately I called you, the phone was ringing but no answer. Also in case of anything, there is my phone number on the door as well. Once again I am really sorry for this situation, but it's not very fair to say it's a fraud as we have hundreds other possitive revies. It's a shame you decided to turn back to Prague, I was 5 minutes away from the tower. Anyway this situation was a leason for us and we will try to avoid it in future. All the best Ondrej

Krumlov Tower is a WIN
Krumlov is a gem. The town is fantastic and staying in this old tower was a lot of fun. It is a singular hotel property; very clean and comfortable; a quick walk into town and a welcome escape when you get home at night. 100% will come back.

Lieu atypique, charmant, très propre et matériaux choisit avec goût. Il se situe à quelques pas du château, petit attention avec une bouteille de demi sec très appréciable, machine à café et bouilloire et thé à disposition. Nous n’avons pas rencontrer notre hôte lors de la réception des clefs mais celui ci était soucieux que notre séjour ce passe pour le mieux.

Great experience to stay in a tower!
This is a very unique and wonderful place to stay. There are only 3 rooms, so very peaceful and quiet. Every room is uniquely decorated and very well kept. The furnishings are a mix of modern and historic, and very nice. The owners are extremely attentive and welcoming. Check in and out were easy and fast. The owners are attentive and quick to respond to questions and comments. The room easily accommodated 2 adults and 2 kids with 2 double beds and a double futon. It was a great place to stay with our kids since it was so unique and special. They absolutely loved the suit of armor in the entrance. The location is directly across from a common pullout for the river tours, so extremely convenient for that. Make the walk across town to the river tour office and basically you get dropped off at your hotel...perfect! It is a bit outside of town center, but this is good if you are looking for s quieter place with easy access to everything. The brewery is across the street, and they serve up a refreshing brew all day long. The only negative we experienced was low water pressure in the shower one morning. After s while it came back though, so not a big deal. There is no elevator in this facility, which is clear from the online description. The staircase is spiral, and a bit narrow, so plan accordingly. Cesky Krumlov is a beautiful little village with so much history and culture. It is definitely worth a visit if you are in the Czech Republic.

Very cool ancient tower, and guests get an entire floor - two bedrooms and beds for 5 included, for a very reasonable price. Just outside the beautiful center of town, easy walking to everywhere.

Der Krummauer Towe (1505 erbaut) ist etwas Besonderes und auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine Suite für 4 Personen mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Die Pension wurde als Appartement geführt, somit kein Personal und kein Frühstück. Alles bestens!!!

Perfect!
Super fun to stay in a “tower” with history, totally in love with it! I can feel the owners put a lot of effort making the place special/comfortable/meaningful. Most pieces are antique. The manual doesn’t just have lots of helpful information but also the story of the place and furniture. The room has everything you need, coffee, water boiler, hair dryer, utensils, etc. Owners were very helpful, kind and friendly as well. Location is great. Truely a gem and make me wish I could stay longer there!

Very unique
It was the most unique place we've stayed. The tower was renovated in 2016, so it's new and clean. A lot of beautiful and interesting furnitures. We were probably the only guests on the night we stayed, it was extremely quiet. Location is very close to the town. The only issue we had was when we arrived around 4pm, it was locked and nobody was around. We had to borrow a cellphone from the bar next to the parking to call the owner in order to get in. I wish I knew this and contact him earlier.

A fun and funky piece of history
The Krumlov Tower is an amazing, limited-room hotel created inside a tower from the original city wall. What a fun, funky place to spend your trip to Cesky Krumlov. The rooms were remodeled in 2016 and they are nicely done with great character and some older pieces to round out the history. There is even a book talking about the history incorporated in the building and rooms. The book also has local recommendations that are quite good. The owner/manager also runs some of the walking tours - which are also highly recommended.

One of a kind place to stay
I mean it, you'll never stay anywhere like this in your life. The tower was built in the 1500's but the inside was renovated for 4 hotel room with spacious rooms, beautiful and fully appointed bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Street noise was completely muffled by double windows. Perfect location near rafting stop too, and if you mention you're staying there the rafting company gives you a discount! Perfect stay ❤️

Wow! Very fun place to stay.
My family loved this place. These apartments are in a small tower located at the edge of the old town by the castle. There appear to be just 2 apartments. They are very well appointed, large and comfortable. Management/owners were very responsive and helpful. My family didn't want to leave the place. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

Staffs are friendly and nice, quiet area, two windows are no curtains, it might be Ok for the Winter but in Summer it's too bright in the morning, I'm not sure whether they are not allowed to installed it in order to protect the building. A little over priced, consider the breakfast was not included.
