Welcome to Cascina Marenco, a beautiful country house in the vineyards and a great place for: wine lovers, fans of good food, history enthusiasts and seekers of quiet.
Cascina Marenco is a charmingly restored traditional farmhouse, with annexed apartments, surrounded by tranquil grounds with a pool and a lovely garden.
We’ve made every effort to preserve the unique character of this typical Piedmontese stone house: the perfect place for your stay in the Langhe.

Cascina Marenco is made up of 4 independent apartments plus our home.
Barbera is one of 4 apartments available to guests.
The swimming pool, the garden, the panoramic terrace, the bbq area and the laundry room are areas shared by all the guests of the country house.

A charming apartment with old, exposed Langa stone walls and original terracotta floors.

1-3 guests | minimum stay 3 nights

Located on the first floor. Total size 50 sqm with terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen-living area.
One spacious bedroom with a large double bed (possibility of adding a single bed).
Bathroom with sink, shower and WC (+ hairdryer).
Free internet wi-fi connection.
1 free car parking next to the house (with electric charging available).

From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Langa Astigiana.
On the terrace you will find table and chairs.
Relax in the sun by the pool or seek out the shade under the pergola with a book and a cold drink.

The apartment is usually booked individually, but you are welcome to book it along with the other apartments for larger groups (up to 15-17 guests).

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the courtyard, the garden, the BBQ area, the swimming pool area.
Check-in: from 4 p.m. onwards.
Check-out: before 10 o’clock.
If check-in/out times are to be changed it is to be notified when the reservation is made.
In order to ensure public safety, Italian law obliges hosts to communicate guests’ personal data to the Police. For this reason guests are requested to show their IDs or passports for registration (for all people included in the reservation) at check-in time.

- Smoking is prohibited.
- Respect quiet times: 1 p.m.-4 p.m. | 10 p.m.-8 a.m.
- Recycle using the provided bins.
- Respect our house and take care of it as your own.

We live in the same farmhouse, therefore for any need it will be possible to contact us quickly through the email address or via mobile phone (whatsapp) whose details we will provide you.
Upon your arrival we will be present to welcome you, show you the house and answer your questions!

We provide our guests with all the information they’ll need to turn their holiday into an unforgettable experience. Possibility of organizing tastings of local wine and other products.

Cascina Marenco is situated in the hills between the villages of Cessole and Vesime, surrounded by vineyards. A quiet country lane connects the house to both villages, which are only 2 km away (a car is necessary and there is 1 free parking next to the house).
Set among vineyards, Cascina Marenco offers a stunning view over the Langa Astigiana. What could be better than relaxing in a picturesque landscape far from the hustle and bustle of life, deeply immersed in the true Italian way of living. Superb food and wines, friendly people and an excellent climate, Piedmont is still a hidden gem in Italy.
