“I didn’t appreciate the long contract of rules i had to sign only to find dated stained carpet upon my entry. All flooring and furniture coverings leaves much to be desired. I needed to ask a question about my reservation but got a message it was “ after hours” (Friday at 11am) and dont bug anyone unless there is an emergency. Microwave didn’t work. “I liked the location. I didn’t like that there was used Kleenex under the bed from who know when. The the tub was dirty when I arrived. The “king suite”had a jacuzzi tub in the picture but no jets do it was a large bathtub for two. There was just enough hot water to fill the tub bot after that there wasn’t enough hot water to take a shower after. The breakfast was just a few breakfast bars milk and expired orange juice. “My son and I took a quick trip to Mammoth and found this condo very comfortable and super convenient. We only had 2 days to ski and the owner provided such clear instructions that made the whole process of checking in, parking, storing our equipment, check out, etc so easy.
