“Had a great stay here, the restaurant attached to the hotel is 10/10 and the views were great. Only complaint was not being able to get to the microwave on our second day as the door to the lobby/shared area was locked. But not a big issue, we still had a wonderful time and will stay again when in the area!”

“La struttura è alquanto fatiscente e attualmente in fase di ristrutturazione alla facciata esterna tanto è vero che vista dall’esterno credevano che l’hotel fosse chiuso. Personale non troppo cordiale. Struttura interna in stato decadente. Le camere tuttavia sono molto spaziose. Colazione inclusa ma molto triste tanto che abbiamo preferito farla altrove. Costo eccessivo in confronto alle altre strutture disponibili nei dintorni.”

“The location was prime! Lots of restaurants, bars and breweries within walking distance and a short drive to the mountain. We enjoyed our updated room at the Sierra House. It seems some things are still under construction as the building was very new but that didn't bother us a bit. The steam and sauna are slightly outdated but again that doesn't matter to us. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Great hotel and great service. Due to an unforeseen issue, we had to arrive very late at night, and the night receptionist was there waiting for us, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Just a small note on the security deposit: they charged the same amount twice and at a higher rate, but everything was resolved within two days, so really no problem! If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be back!”
