“Carpet needs cleaning. The biggest problem we had was the master bedroom window was broken and opened a crack, which normally would not be a problem (we like fresh air) but with the poor smoky air quality we woke to a heavy smoke smell in that room only. We were able to go outside and push the window back in to lock it. ”
