To be fair to the homeowner, the house is beautiful, extremely well-stocked, great layout, short drive to Canyon, new appliances, surround sound system, and a great location. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we enjoyed it immensely, thank you for the guides for the remotes and trash, etc. A couple suggestions, de-icer for the walkway, with the weather fluctuations, the shovel wasn’t cutting it and we had my elderly dad with us so the steps were challenging, and also some countertop cleaner in the kitchen. We were there a while and couldn't find any to help us clean up after cooking.
And now the reason for only 4 stars: The management on the other hand was not helpful when we needed assistance with the hot tub (the code they provided was not opening the gate), unresponsive via email for over a day then the reply was “do you still need help?” It was not a reply with the correct code. I replied saying yes. Nothing has changed we need the correct code. Then I called, no answer and voicemail full. After all that, when I pushed back, the woman’s response was there was not hot tub access because of the weather / conditions, however, this was untrue. The hot tub was available and people were in it, etc etc. we finally tracked someone else down on site to help us gain access. It really felt like management just didn’t want to be bothered. As someone who has a rental home, they would not be my management company.
