“Very kind and friendly owners, everything imaginable for a continental breakfast, large bedroom, spotlessly clean, lovely well-thought-out bathroom - and in a fascinating historic building in the centre of Langres. The owner very generously gave me a lift back to the station. Picturesque beagle in attendance in house.”

“A beautiful, quiet place hosted by a lovely older lady, who tells many good stories. Melin feels like the middle of nowhere, and maybe it is, but there are many animals to befriend. The place itself is simple, but cozy, with a heartfire burning in the early morning, when we were welcomed by the host at breakfast. It has a somewhat historical feel in that sense. Time did not touch this place so much. Speaking French is a necessary skill to have here.”
