Hotel a Chalisgaon

“ Lack of service. They do not need customers from online portals like Expedia. It is more of a AC rooms for wedding guests than a professional hotel. Cheap cutlery in restaurant. In this age as well, they serve tea in a cheap plastic cup. Front desk is unwelcoming. Only thing that they talk is charges/money/ that will be extra charge and etc. Absolutely bad experience. Even at the checkout as well the only focus the staff had was on money. I believe money is something anyone will anyway...

“We arrived after visiting Ellora Caves. There is no road to the hotel and it's very dangerous to get there. Once we arrived, the hotel staff did not have our reservation. There was no manager on site and the staff could not get in touch with the manager. There was no food or drinks available so we had to go to town to eat. The main boy, Rahul, was very hospitable and accommodating. If it was not for his willingness to check us in and help, we would have left. There was a fan and AC and the bed...
