Renovated house located in the countryside, 8 km from the village of Challans and 6 km from the village of Commequiers. The accommodation is close to the beaches of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (20 km) and Saint-Jean-de-Monts (22 km) and 35 km from the Noirmoutier bridge.
The cottage, adjoining the owners' house, comprises on the ground floor a living/dining/kitchen area, a first bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility (1 double bed) with shower and toilet, and a second bedroom (1 queen bed) with shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, accessed via a covered staircase in the entrance veranda, is a third bedroom (1 queen bed + 2 single pull-out beds) with shower room and separate toilet.
A glass door in the living room provides access from inside to the covered, heated swimming pool (3.20 x 7.20 m), open year-round. The pool area includes a shower and a separate fourth toilet. The pool water is treated with salt.
Outside, there is a fully enclosed garden, a gravel courtyard with parking for several cars, a covered terrace (summer kitchen with barbecue, outdoor games), an open terrace (tables and chairs, sun loungers), and a pétanque court.
A second wooded area is located opposite the house (garden furniture, hammocks).
Bicycles are available from the owners.
The house is surrounded by organic meadows on a hillside, where suckler cows graze from May to October. Heating is included. Bed linen and towels are provided.
