“The Iron Rail was a unique place to stay. The rooms are tiny, but well decorated and maintained. It was hot in the room and we slept with the windows open all night and the fan running. Thank goodness it was a rainy night, so the weather was a little cooler. The light had burned out in our room and staff was unable to change it, so it made it dark when getting dressed. There were no towels in the bathroom when we got up the next morning to shower with, but my husband found some in a closet down...

“We were in Chama like many hundereds of people for the Cumbres-Toltec train ride agan this year. Single Tree Cottage was perfectly located near the station... not too close, not to far. We absolutely loved the place. Excellent kitchen, very confortable bedrooms, great dining area for the four of us, and a nicely arranged sitting area to gather and talk. We will definitely want to stay there the next time we visit. ”
