“Nice stay, not much to complain about really other than two nitpicks:
My bed had light shining in from the corridor through the peephole, somehow hitting me directly in the face in the middle of the night.
Claiming to be eco friendly and then serving individually wrapped Q-Tips is a little ridiculous.”

“The hotel rooms might be a little small, but the convenience and the friendliness of the staffs balanced it out. I’m happy of how they went above and beyond to helping whenever you ask for something. Regardless if they have it or not, they will try to find a way to get a solution. “This hotel had everything we needed for a couple of days in Nagoya. It was very clean with plenty of space for 3 people. The location is safe and quiet in a part of town that is more business focused. The beds were comfortable. There weren’t any staff at the check in but we had no issues with the computer. We would stay here again.”

“Very nice hotel room with two twin beds that was roomier than most other hotels we have stayed in with this configuration. This was perfect location for our day trip to the Ghibli Park. Good onsite restaurant for breakfast and dinner. However, many local nearby restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. ”
