I apologize for the inconvience if you had mentioned your concerns to the front desk we could have changed your room, a busy hotel creates noise unfortunately people slam doors there is very little we can do about that it is a budget hotel.

I do apologize for the inconvience I f you would spoke to the front desk we would have changed rooms for you, breakfast consists of 2 cereals, mufffins, toast, and yogurt there should have been butter and jelly for your toast available. Again please except my apologizes.

I do apologize we do advertise continental breakfast which is cereal, toast, muffins yogurt and coffee, tea and juice the water should have been hot, yes are pool and hot tub were closed things happen sometimes that cause us to close the area if its along period it is closed we let the third parties know but they don"t updated fast enough.

Sorry to hear you were not happy with this visit, we were waiting on a pump for the hottub, and our breakfast has been toast, cereal and muffins and yogert for 2 years it is a continental breakfast.

Thank you for your rating! Our carpets were just cleaned we had alot of contractors stay for awhile and as they checked out we had the carpets cleaned. I apologize for the inconvience.

I do apologize that happen we have had alot of contractors staying long term in some of our rooms, I will let the housekeeper know to do a more thorough clean, the carpets were cleaned in the hotel at the begining of January.

I do apologize for the inconveince, The stains you are refering to cannot be removed unforttunately they appear do to age, please except my apologes we are currently having some repairs done through out the hotel.

I do apologize that should have never happened, I wish you would have told the front desk we would have gladly changed your room, Our hottub is under repair we couldnt let anyone into the area do to the fumes from the expoxy and the windows in the pool area were open it would have been to cold, as far as our breakfast it is a continental breakfast cereal, toast, muffins, juice and coffee that is all wyndham requires.

I do apologize for the inconviencee this is and older budget hotel there may be a stain from age in the tub but I assure you it was cleaned, I bedding is stripped and washed after each guest, the hot tub was empty as explained do to repair.

I apologize for the inconvience, As explained the hot tub is empty do to a repair, we do have security cameras at the end of the hallway that can be watched by the front desk everyone entering the building is seen on camera, this is a older hotel our tubs are clean may have a stain from age but this is a budget hotel. Again I do apologize.

I do apologize for the inconvenience, I wish you would let the front desk know we would have accommodated you the air conditioning is on thermostat and the whirlpool tub does work the knob to it is missing.Our bread and breakfast foods are refrigerated so that might make it appear stale, I hope you will consider a future visit.

I do apologize for the inconvenience I did speak with the room and they closed there door it was a group of contractors preparing for a cookout I realize not everyone has common sense and it wont happen again. Hopefully you will reconsider a future visit.

I do apologize our accommodations did not meet your expectations we are a budget hotel and we do advertise continental breakfast , Our hottub is currently being repaired yes there is a problem with the jets things happen beyond our control.

I apologize for the inconvenience but we do not have a 24 hr maintenance man most hotels do not the only option was to change rooms all of our king rooms were booked that night, I do apologize we were unable to accommodate you.

I do apologize for the inconvenience but yes we have new housekeepers that had only been here a week, they were forgetting things like toilet paper. They were very overwhelmed their first week or so.
