This authentic house dating from 1880, with a generous surface area of ​​110 m², welcomes you to the picturesque village of Chambon, a welcoming village of 300 inhabitants, a stone's throw from the church and on the banks of the Creuse River.

Immerse yourself in the friendly atmosphere of the large 25 m² living room with its fitted kitchen, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends. The cozy 18 m² living room, with its decorative fireplace and large sofa bed, invites you to relax after a day exploring the treasures of the surrounding countryside.

Upstairs, three cozy bedrooms promise restful nights: a spacious bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and a sofa bed, another comfortable bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed, and a third charming bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm trundle beds, all carefully decorated to combine old-world charm with modern comfort.

You'll also appreciate the two bathrooms, as well as the characterful vaulted cellar. Outside, a private 23 m² courtyard awaits you with its garden table, chairs, and parasol, perfect for enjoying a sunny breakfast or an evening aperitif.
