This apartment, located on the 3rd floor with an elevator, consists of the following rooms:

> Living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.) that opens onto the living room, offering breathtaking views in every season. Dining area for 2 people.

> Bedroom with a queen-size bed from which you can also enjoy the view

Located in the heart of Chamonix, 100 meters from City Hall, you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of this renowned mid-mountain village all year round. The Rue des Moulins, with its lively atmosphere, restaurants, and terraces along the Arve River, is also just 100 meters away

Its ideal location—sought after by all travelers—will allow you to explore Chamonix on foot and easily reach the train station or various bus stops, providing access to different towns even faster than by car. Unfortunately, we do not have private parking; you’ll need to use one of the many public parking options nearby, which are often paid (about €15/day) but secure.
