  • Concordia 7 apartment is an ideal home from home for your Chamonix holiday. Newly renovated in 2021, Concordia 7 apt offers stylishly designed luxury accommodation sleeping four to six people in three bedrooms, offering a prime location just off the main street in Chamonix centre where you'll find cafés and restaurants, patisseries, designer shops, as well as supermarkets and the tourist office on your doorstep.

    The living room of Concordia 7 apartment has two comfortable couches, an integrated fireplace and flat-screen TV with a host of channels for enjoying a quiet evening in and it faces south and opens onto a large balcony with relaxing outdoor sofa, coffee table and hanging chair. There is a large breakfast bar for enjoying dinner as well as your morning croissants bought from the bakery situated only a few metres from the apartment. Your Chamonix holiday is complete with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer, so you have everything you need to cook up a storm. If you prefer to eat out there is plenty of choice nearby as this apartment is located on the pedestrian high street of Chamonix. However, as the apartment is set back it offers a quiet location with the balcony providing a small oasis with stunning uninterrupted views of Mont Blanc, l'Aiguille du Midi and the Mont Blanc Massif.

    Concordia 7 apartment has 3 bedrooms which offer flexible sleeping arrangements for friends or families: the master bedroom has a double bed with ensuite shower & toilet. The second bedroom has a flexible configuration of a double bed or twin beds. The third bedroom is a small bunk room perfect for children. The apartment has a large cave for ski storage and there is a bike room in the building. The apartment comes complete with a washing machine and free WiFi.

Lovely place with perfect location

My husband son and I loved this place. It was the perfect Chamonix experience. While they snowboarded, I enjoyed the stunning mountain views, Anthropologie inspired decor, heated floors, and easy access to all the fun shops and restaurants Chamonix has to offer. The company that runs the property couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Is one of my favorite rentals in my 30 years of traveling in Europe.

Perfect home in Chamonix

Such a great location and lovely place to stay while enjoying beautiful Chamonix. Paige was super responsive to all of our needs. Loved the patio and it's view of the mountains the most! A great spot for a glass of wine and to unwind from a day of exploration.

Fantastic Apartment, Perfect Location

This was our second time staying in the apartment, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The Cham All Year team were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of town with breathtaking views of the mountains. We couldn’t have asked for more and had an incredible holiday!

Fantastic location

What a great location , right in the heart of Chamonix . We loved our week here and were surprised at how much there was to do in the summer. Great hiking routes and my son got some good climbing and bouldering in . Delicious food too! The apartment is very nice and has a stunning view of the mountains. Thanks to all at Chamonix All Year .

Excellent séjour à Concordia 7, appartement très confortable, cosy et bien équipé, en plein centre ville de Chamonix. Proximité commerces, pistes, bus et montée à l'aiguille du midi. On peut tout faire sans voiture ! Le personnel de CAY est très disponible, attentionné et chaleureux. Excellent sur tous les plans ! Nous reviendrons

Epicentre of Chamonix

This beautifully decorated apartment was the perfect location! Fall out the door and you are right in the heart of town and the balcony is the perfect place to soak up the stunning views of mont blanc. Bus stop a few mins away, coffee and pastries from downstairs... whats not to love. The apartment had everything we needed. Check in was straightforward and communication with the chamonix all year team kept us well informed. Would definitely stay here again

Centrally-located, comfortable apartment

The flat is smack in the centre of Chamonix and is only a few minutes away from a bus stop that takes one to the slopes. The flat itself is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is functional and there's a nice terrace to hang out after a day's activities. Would be nice if there were a drying cupboard. All in all, great value for money.

Great stay, apartment and location

We booked this apartment for our recent stay in Chamonix. It was really spacious, clean and well presented. The communication with the company before we arrived was excellent and everything was explained really well. Can't fault the staff , just great. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Well thought through, hairdryer, outside seating area, indoor breakfast area, well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom. Loads of sleeping facilities and comfortable. Would definitely recommend the apartment and company. The apartment was situated in the centre of the town with direct access to the main street, shops and restaurants. Well worth it.

Beautiful condo/flat in the best location

This condo was so cute and just as advertised. Very clean and plenty of room for the three of us traveling on a girls holiday. Right out the front door of the building and you’re on the main street in Chamonix and the views from the deck were gorgeous of the mtn range. Nice washer and appliances . Easy to deal with the host and they were very responsive. Loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. Chamonix is so charming. Parking is also nice .. the garage was top notch and very clean, safe and just minutes from the flat. Highly recommend !

Fab location, comfortable and quiet apartment

Fabulous apartment right in the centre of Chamonix with access to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The building is super quiet and spotless clean with secure ski boot storage and elevator. The apartment Itself was very comfortable and again spotless clean. Plenty of cutlery, pots, glasses etc and excellent appliances such as microwave, oven, electric hob, kettle…. The bathrooms were spacious with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. There was always hot water and the apartment remained at a warm, steady temperature throughout our stay. The free ski bus is accessible within a 2 minute walk across the building car park and buses came within every 10/20 mins. There were 4 adults and one child staying in the apartment and we had plenty of room and all agreed the beds were very comfortable! Chamonix All Year were excellent, everything went smoothly including a fuss free check in and check out. Their communication was terrific and they quickly responded to any questions. Would highly recommend!

Great Stay in very heart of the gorgeous Chamonix Village

We had an awesome time. The place is clean, warm, and has everything we needed for our stay. The beds are very good, and that is a really big plus for me (fussy traveller). There is an underground parking slot too, VERY cool. It is NOT easy to find and the directions from Chamonixallyear weren't acurate so do ask how to get to the flat (its not on the 1st floor but on the upper ground floor). The Outta car park is very nearby but full most of the time so we decided to park and one of us stayed in the car whilst the other went to get the garage key. It required a bit of organisation and then the direction to reach the underground carpark were approximate but we called the agency and the lady was super nice and helpful. THANK YOU

Great stay at Concordia 7 apartment, a cosy nest in the heart of Chamonix !

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Concordia 7 apartment. It is very cosy with many attentions to detail (lightning, decoration, very well equipped), it is very well located and at the same time very peaceful. Many shops and facilities nearby (ski shop, supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc ...). We had a great stay and we intend to rent again the apartment in 2024.

Incredible location

We were really happy with our recent one week stay in Concordia 7. Excellent location in terms of shops, restaurants as it is situated right off the main pedestrian street.Conveniently there is a small Casino supermarket directly opposite the front door too!The free bus service to all the skiing areas is right at the back of the apartment.The apartment is really well kitted out with everything you could need and was easily spacious enough for two parents and three adult children. The car park is also very nearby which was fantastic. We couldn’t recommend Chamonix All Year highly enough! Thank you
