Recently renovated and fully equipped, our 27m² apartment is quiet, cozy, and bright, and decorated in a chalet style for a guaranteed change of scenery.

It features an entryway with built-in closets, a living room with a separate kitchenette and a two-person sofa bed (160x200 cm mattress), a bedroom with two single bunk beds, and a shower room. The bedding is of excellent quality to ensure your utmost comfort, and the sofa bed opens and folds away very easily in just a few seconds.

The icing on the cake: you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc from the balcony and plenty of sunshine!

Fully equipped apartment: internet, smart TV, dishwasher, sheets and towels, raclette machine, crepe maker, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, kettle… Private ski locker with a sled available for your use and a mountain bike storage room in the residence.

Located in a very well-maintained residence, our apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the main street and the Aiguille du Midi aerial cableway, 10 minutes from the train station, and right across from the Chamonix Sud bus stop—so you can fully enjoy everything Chamonix has to offer! Nearby, you’ll find numerous restaurants (which offer delivery or takeout), shops, and laundromats.

Free access to the nearby shared underground parking garage will be provided upon request (since parking spots are not assigned, a spot is not always guaranteed, especially during peak season).
