La Cordee 703 Apartment offers Chamonix accommodation in the luxurious new residence, La Cordee, for 4-7 people, with flexible sleeping arrangements. La Cordee 703 Apartment was stylishly renovated to a high standard and is perfect for groups of friends or families alike. The fully equipped kitchen in this Chamonix accommodation has everything you need to cook up a storm, including full-size oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, raclette and coffee machine. The dining table seats 6 comfortably but there are 8 seats in case you have friends staying in another of Chamonix All Year's Cordee apartments and the open plan living room with flat-screen TV makes for a perfect evening in.

The master bedroom, with its patio doors leading out onto the terrace, has an ensuite and can be made as a double or twin bedroom. It has an additional single sofa bed, perfect for parents sharing their room with a child. The second bedroom can also be made up as a twin or a double and there is a further double sofa bed in the living room.

La Cordee 703 Apartment's east-facing terrace has impressive views of Mont Blanc and Les Drus and enjoys sunshine for most of the day. There is also a south-facing communal terrace overlooking the lake and Mont Blanc which allows you to catch the last of the evening rays. This Chamonix accommodation comes with access to the residence's luxurious communal areas. There's an indoor heated indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi to enjoy after a long day in the mountains, there is also a sauna and hammam, plus fitness room, climbing wall games room and kids play area. The wellness facilities are open every day from 10:00 to 21:00. A stay at La Cordee is the perfect Chamonix holiday with home comforts combined with luxurious facilities. Lovely complex and apartment

Complex is lovely and 703 itself is spacious, clean and well equipped. Great location and walkable to town centre. Beds are firm which was the only downside but obviously personal preference dictates

Nice well equipped place walking distance from town

It’s a very nicely equipped apartment with all you need to rest after a day in the mountains. The complex has a nice swimming pool with hot tub and two saunas. It’s located on outskirts of Chamonix with a beautiful trails from the complex. The views from our apartments, we stayed in 703, were truly amazing, breathtaking.

La Cordee

We’ve stayed at La Cordee previously with CAY, but the first time in this apartment. It’s 2 bedrooms, super living space and outside terrace were ideal for my wife and I. The place is also well equipped and we enjoy the pool, hot tub and sauna facilities too. It’s a decent walk into town that might be a bit far for some but a positive for others, like us. Close to Les Praz train station, buses, the gondola and a few nice restaurants. The team at CAY (shout out to Klaudia especially) are friendly and efficient. As regular visitors to Cham we will choose CAY again.

Excellent location for family ski trip, well equipped appartment

Although the appartment was a 20 min walk to town, it was an excellent locations for our family ski trip giving us access to many areas. The property itself was fabulous for our family, plenty of room and extremely well equipped, however a microwave may have been useful. We will certainly be staying again!

Excellent stay

Very nice apartment in perfect location and great residence. 100% will come again A few suggestions for the owners/managers : - Replace the pillows , they're done - Making sure the shower drain is clean before having guests (it was not , shower was not draining , does not feel not great cleaning up after others) - Apt could use a little more decoration to feel cosier. - The door of the independent bathroom is not usable : it's scraping the floor and stays stuck - Kettle is stuck shut I enjoyed the easy and quick communication with CAY via Whatsapp , thank you ! Curt

Another superb stay at Residence la Cordee

This is now my third stay with Chamonix All Year in the Residence La Cordee apartments but my first in apartment 703. The apartment is nicely presented and I prefer the ground floor. Access is simple and there is a large garage in the underground parking area for use, although we didn't end up using the garage. There is plenty of space for four people (family) and the apartment worked very well as a base to go and explore Chamonix and the surrounding areas. The walk into town takes about 15 minutes at most and is a most pleasant walk when not raining! My only suggestions would be an amendment to how the lights work. The kitchen lights and dining room lights are on the same switch/circuit so you have quite a lot of lights on when not needed. A microwave would have been at at times but we managed without. Just a suggestion. Lastly, because we were there for two weeks there was a need to use the washing machine for towels and some clothes. A clothes airer would be ideal to save the need to use an un-eco friendly tumble dryer. Plus cheaper for the person paying the electric bill. Whilst I am not a fan of seeing washing outside most apartments seemed to do this. Overall we had an excellent stay and I would definitely stay in apartment 703 again. I highly recommend to those considering it.....

Amazing apartment with fantastic views and a short walk into Chamonix centre

We stayed at Apartment 703 in La Cordee for 3 weeks in March 2025. It's a two bedroomed apartment with en-suite to main bedroom, and a house bathroom. All rooms are spacious and well-equipped. There are patio doors onto a large terrace from the main bedroom, lounge and dining kitchen which adds to the feeling of spaciousness. The view is amazing and seeing the view of Les Dru and Mont Blanc every morning when you wake up is exceptional! The large open-plan kitchen is spacious and well-equipped and leading into the dining room and lounge adds to the feeling of space - great when having guests or for families. The walk into Chamonix was about 20 minutes for those who walk well, but it was too much for one of our guests who had slight mobility issues. We had a car which was necessary for our guest. The river path is fantastic and scenic but a little rough under foot so good footwear is recommended. There is an underground parking garage which contains a lockable garage solely for the apartment and which we used all the time. The lift up from the garage is helpful for ski equipment and the distance to the apartment negligible. There is allegedly a bus stop and we saw small buses pass the apartment which we assume are the ones into Chamonix town. The apartment is situated between Les Praz and Chamonix and you have the best of both worlds. The Flegere lift is minutes away by car, perhaps 10 mins to walk. We liked the bars in Les Praz as a change from the hub of Chamonix - the Eden Hotel bar for Happy Hour and Le Castel for apres-ski were our favourites! The spa was a special bonus and much needed after a day of skiing. The pool was cold at first but warmed up as our stay progressed. The spa hottub was fantastic as was the sauna and Hammam. We used these facilities lots and it made a positive difference to our stay. Note - the "spa pass" is the pass to all electronic doors including the garage - we didn't realise! Access to the beautiful lake is an added bonus - so tranquil and lots of seats to admire the view. The communal seating area shown on the photos was not set out but there are seats around the lake. Best of all was the service from Chamonix-all-Year - simply exceptional! Very speedy responses to email queries and immediate service to any problems which can be minor but irritating - all were sorted efficiently. Phone contact was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Specifically, Madeleine and Klaudia were immensely helpful throughout with nothing too much trouble. We have stayed in Chamonix for holidays for more than 10 years and Chamonix-all-Year were by far the best company we have ever dealt with so a big thank you to them all! We were so happy that we have booked again for next year already! Can't wait!

We just completed our 2nd stay with Chamonix All Year at the La Cordee apartments. They are in a lively complex with spa / pool and very clean and tidy. The apartment itself is well laid out and gives plenty of room for a family of 4.

Simply excellent!

Das Team vom CAY ist absolute Spitzenklasse, äusserst freundlich, flexibel und gastfreundlich – besser kann es nicht sein! Die Überbauung La Cordee überzeugt in jeder Hinsicht, ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die allgemeinen Räume, inkl. SPA sind vortrefflich eingerichtet und erlauben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Die Lage der Überbauung - leicht abseits von Chamonix - ist vortrefflich mit wunderbarer Sicht in die Bergwelt und idyllisch gelegen mit dem angrenzenden kleinen See. Die Wohnung 703 ist sehr sauber, perfekt ausgerüstet, bietet viel Platz und wurde von geschickter Hand mit viel Charme möbliert. Man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Prädikat „Excellent“.

Luxus in der Natur von Chamonix

Wir waren für eine Woche in der La Cordee 703 Wohnung. Für eine Familie mit vier Kindern ist sie sehr geeignet. Sie ist sehr luxuriös eingerichtet, gross und hell. Die Einrichtung, die Möbel sind qualtativ hochstehendend, ebenso die Küche und deren Geräte. Wir könnten uns nichts Schöneres wünschen. Die Terrassen sind super gross, mit Sicht auf Les Drus, die Aguille du Midi, Mont Blanc, ect. bei Morgensonne. Wir genossen auch das Wellnes mit dem Inoor-Pool und dem Whirl-Pool. Auch die Sauna und das Dampfbad sind sehr gut. Mit den Kindern konnten wir auch Billard und mit dem Fussballkasten spielen. Zum Zenturm in Chamonix sind es auf dem schönen Wanderweg dem Fluss entlang nur 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Es gibt auch ein grosses Angebot an Busslinien und den Zug mit zahlreichen Haltestellen in der Nähe. Mit der Gäste-/Hotelkarte sind diese gratis zu benutzen. Die Auskunft der Mitarbeiter von CAY ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es hat alles gut funktioniert. Wir würden wieder CAY und diese Wohnungwählen für einen weiteren Chamonix Aufenthalt.

Wonderful stay at La Cordee

We loved our stay at La Cordee 703. The apartment was a great size, beautifully furnished and spotless too. The apartment info was all helpfully set out for us online and was easy to access and use. The kitchen was well equipped so we could easily cook what we wanted and the Nespresso coffee machine was great for a quick coffee. There was ample hot water and the apartment was warm and cosy. The TV was modern with Netflix, Prime, Disney, Spotify etc. all available. We even got to use the garden as we were lucky enough to have fresh snow, so we made a snowman!

Lovely location

My wife and I stayed here for a weeks holiday while visiting my daughter and son-in-law. This was a rescheduled Christmas trip and Camonix All Year couldn't have been more helpful throughout the whole process, from initial contact to (several rearrangements later) actually having our break. La Cordee 703 apartment was absolutely fantastic and the greater complex just as good. We used the swimming pool, hot tub and Sauna on several occasions, and these facilities were of a very high standard and imaculate. Would we use it again, definately!

High standard of accommodation and great customer support

We stayed at La Cordee for a week in Feb 2022; the apartment was immaculate and the facilities very good, these included the pool, underground car park and ski storage. The service from Chamonix All Year was excellent; very fast responses to all my questions. We used them to book ski passes which were in our apartment when we arrived. I honestly cannot imagine a better holiday apartment, perhaps the price was a little on the high side however this was reflected in the standard of the accomodation. We have already booked again for next year.

Excellent stay with high quality materials

We loved the apartment. Even though it is on the ground floor it heats very well. The amenities are high-end and they decorated the place with a taste. The flat was very clean when we arrived and everything was ready. The staff is friendly and they respond everything very quickly. The internet was a bit slow towards the last days. I gave 4 stars for the value for money. Because for that price I would expect more supplies in the apartment such as more toilet paper, dishwasher tablets etc. Also extra towels, extra sheets, slippers, washing machine detergent would be a good addition. Overall, we loved the place and would stay there when we visit Chamonix.
