Le Paradis 24 Apartment is a beautiful and perfectly located 3 bedroom apartment situated right in the centre of Chamonix, close to all the shops, restaurants, and bars. This spacious apartment in Chamonix is over 90 sqm and has been furnished to a very high standard with quality linen and bedding, designer lights and fittings and modern furniture creating a beautiful stay for families or groups of friends wanting to ski, hike, bike or just enjoy the Chamonix Valley..
The master bedroom in le Paradis 24 apartment is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower, the second bedroom is a double bedroom and there is a 3rd twin bedroom. The family bathroom has a shower and bath and there is also a separate WC. The open-plan living-dining room and kitchen provide a lovely space for relaxing after a long day on the mountains and benefitting from a sunny balcony looking directly over the town towards Mont Blanc. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a full-sized oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine perfect for cooking up a storm.
However, if you would rather head out of the apartment there is no better location in Chamonix than the Paradis apartments, the beginner area of the savoy slope across the road provides access to the ski area of Brévent and Flégère and the pedestrianised main street with access to shops bars and restaurants is just 100m away.

Excellent base for ski holiday.
We were a group of four, and found this apartment very spacious..especially living/kitchen/dining area.
Location excellent for shops, eating out, ski hire and buses.
Very well equipped, clean and well maintained.
Fifth apartment booked through Chamonix all Year, never a problem.

A great apartment
We had a great time in the apartment during late August. It has great space, a lovely balcony to sit in the sun and look at the wonderful view of Mont Blanc. Very central with relatively easy parking close by. (albeit not right on the premises). Chamonix All Year were excellent to deal with. Their description of the apartment and instructions for access were perfect. We could not have been happier with our accommodation in Chamonix.

The location can’t be better. It is in the heart of everything. My family and I had the best time. The apartment is spacious and nice.

An excellent week
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans l’appartement 24. Le casier à ski est un peu petit mais ce n’est pas un problème en soit. Si l’occasion se présente je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Globalement très bel appartement bien situé et avec un très bon confort
Quelques points d'amélioration cependant :
- accès au chemin d'entrée du parking serait utile (badge/barrière) pour à la fois pouvoir décharger et charger des bagages ou des courses avec un stationnement court
- canapés très bas pour des personnes agées (difficultés pour se lever)
- quelques ustensiles utiles en complément (moule à tarte, nappe pour protéger la grande table en verre, ..... )

Great location and high level of comfort
The location is great being a short walk both from the Plan Praz draglift leading to the Gondola, and to the town centre restaurants and bars. The apartment is very comfortable and well supplied with necessaries, if a little dated. The TV options were not available as per the brochure, and we could only access French terrestrial TV, but internet service was excellent.

In that order were the points this flat was appreciated the most:
Location: close to Savoy ski school drop off & pick up very near Super U and car park and yet very quiet place
Size (family of 4) and 2 separate toilettes.
Otherwise:
Flat is not too well maintained with doors scratching the floor and squeaky handles which is a pity, especially in the evening/night as you can imagine.

Excellent stay at 24 La Paradis !
A really spacious and well resourced apartment. Balcony was just about the right size even though there was 6 grown ups in our party.
La Paradis is very central, which is great for getting to the restaurants and shops of Chamanix, however, it can be a bit noisy at night. Once adjusted to that, we loved the situation. A view of Mont Blance every morning more than compensated!

Great Chamonix Location
The apartment is at a great location. It is very close to a main bus line and at the top of the pedestrian part of the city. The balcony has an incredible view of the mountains with the main church steeple in the foreground. We did not have any noise issues with the club across the street but we did stay in winter when the windows were closed.
The layout of the apartment is very efficient but on the small side. There is not much room to unpack. dressers in the closets would be a nice addition. I expect that tradeoff with the excellent location. The kitchen had everything we needed and the washer/dryer worked well. The finishes in the building and apartment are not the highest quality. Again, this is not billed as high luxury. You rent this place for the location.
I was disappointed in the check in process. The company that owns the apartment has several others and a crew that can prioritize cleaning certain units. We made it clear we were traveling from North America and would appreciate an earlier check in than 17:00. It would have been considerate to prioritize the cleaning of this unit for travelers coming from 6 and 9 time zones away arriving in Geneva in the AM. Despite asking, we never actually received the go ahead to occupy the apartment. We just went in after 17:00 after they stopped answering the phones.

Family Ski Vacaation
pros - Ample space for me, my wife and adult children (ages 22-27). Unbelievably good location - walking distance into town and gondola to the Brevant ski area. Included garage parking across the street was great for us. Check in was easy and management was very responsive via Whatsapp e mail and text.
cons - WIFI situation was terrible and a big negative to us. Some of us needed secure wifi to work remotely while away. the wifi did not work immediately. As a solution, we were given a "wifi hotspot" that worked very inconsistently and was part of open network so none of it was secured. So we felt this was an unresolved but important issue that had a big impact on our stay. Seems like an easy solution going forward but if this is important to you, an inquiry is recommended. Also Apple TV was dependent on the same internet access so we were unable to watch/download movies when we had downtime to consider using it
Neighboring Hotel was an awesome place for Apres Ski but loud late into the night/morning. We were too tired for the sounds to really effect us. Frankly, Having that place within walking distance outweighed the excessive noise.
Could have expected more basics - paper towels, trash can liners, toilet paper, etc . . . As we learned - responsibility of tenants
Aside from the WiFi issue, overall stay was great and the management was very responsive.

Another great year with Chamonix All Year
It was a very enjoyable stay, this is our second year booking with Chamonix All Year. Excellent service, the staff at CAY are very responsive even to minor inquiries or concerns. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and the location is excellent, only a few minutes walk to the slopes.

Another week in paradise
Once again Chamonix All Year come up trumps! We love this apartment, it is in a perfect location with great layout and level of comfort. Some of the furniture on the balcony is getting a bit tired and worn now but still functional - we didn't use one of the chairs as it looked like it might rip but managed with the rest. I had to contact CAY about a couple of issues and they were superb, maintenance was on site the same day and all was resolved. Hopefully be back again next year

Comfortable apartment in good location
We liked this apartment - spacious, clean and comfortable - with views of the Aguille du Midi from the balcony. The location is very good - only two minutes walk to the main street and a supermarket, but very quiet. The staff at Chamonix All Year were excellent - telephoning to check that all was OK with the apartment and answering our queries about the Chamonix area. The transfer service from Geneva airport worked well, with no problems. We would recommend the apartment to our friends and using Chamonix All Year.

Perfect location and lovely rental!
We loved our stay in Chamonix and this incredibly located rental. We had 5 adults and a baby and it was perfect for our needs. It was comfortable, spacious and just a short walk to the town center. Overall, we had such a great experience and would rent this apartment again. Our only complaints were that almost every single pot and pan was dirty when we arrived and perhaps limited if you wanted to cook a lot of meal in. Also, this is a super small complaint but the doors were really squeaky and loud...which was only a problem because we had a little baby sleeping. Outside of those two small complaints, the place was fabulous!

Happy to recommend
This is our 3rd stay with Chamonix All Year and everything worked well as always. Snow was good justifying the decision to stick with Mont Blanc.

Another fantastic stay!
Another great week spent in Le Paradis apartments, we have stayed in 21 twice before and this was our first time in 24, all the properties are superb. Quality fixtures and fittings and very comfortably finished. Only comment is that they sleep up to 6 and as a result having 3 keys or at least 3 entry fobs now there's a keypad on the door would be such a benefit as it would mean guests wouldn't have to stay together or meet up to get home. This is my only criticism and won't stop me booking again.
We ordered lift passes through Chamonix all year and it was great they were delivered when we checked in saving us time etc. The customer service offered is excellent.

We're booking again for next year
Well appointed, brilliantly located for Chamonix town centre amenities.
Close to Brevent (albeit bus recommended due to hill).
Entertainment is comprehensive but very difficult to use due to numerous disparate components, Ultimately we gave up and just connected our own computers using the wifi to access services.
In our late spring week, the balcony was a real boon. It's great to chill out after a day on the hill relaxing watching the sun set over the Petit Dru and Mt Blanc

What an amazing apartment. Ticked every box.
We were a group of 6 guys staying there and we found it to be perfect. Had bucket loads of space for our gear. Ample bathroom and kitchen facilities and a lovely balcony with awesome views. Smooth check in/out process too. Will be back (hopefully!).

Very nice apartment in downtown and close to the ski lifts.
Excellent location, near downtown and lifts. Very well equipped and comfortable apartment. It has all you need for a stay away from home.

Situation centre ville appréciable
Appartement très bien situé, confortable et calme.
Nous sommes des habitués et regrettons la vue sur le massif du Mont-Blanc qui n'est plus ce qu'elle était...en raison de la sur-élévation du toit de l'hôtel situé en face.

Nice appartment in Chamonix
Our family of five stayed three nights in the appartment and it fulfilled al our needs. Nice terrace with view to Mont Blanc. The only issue we had was limited hot water for showers for 5 persons
