Le Paradis 27 Apartment is a spacious and well-furnished three bedroom apartment in the centre of Chamonix sleeping up to 6, and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one additional WC. Each bedroom has the flexibility of being either a king bed or two single beds. There are two separate balconies in this Chamonix accommodation both leading off the living room: the smaller one, which catches the afternoon sun and looks out towards the Majestic congress and up to Brevent, has a small table and chairs, perfect to enjoy a drink whilst watching the sun go down. The second terrace of Le Paradis 27 Apartment, which faces Mont Blanc, is larger and has a dining table and chairs to offer the ideal spot for alfresco dining. There is one ensuite bathroom with shower and sink, a family bathroom with bath, shower and WC, plus another separate WC. The apartment is situated just off the main high street in one of Chamonix' most sought after apartment buildings, Le Paradis residence which is a very short walk to the nearest ski slope and close to all restaurants, bars, shops, and other facilities. This accommodation in Chamonix is on the third floor and has great views of Mont Blanc from the sunny balcony. We also provide access to the private Saint Michel car park for one car, and there is a ski locker and also a bike room for storing mountain bikes in the summer. There is free wifi internet access, plus washing machine and dishwasher.

We stayed in this apartment last year, and in another apartment in the block previously. The apartment is comfortable and spacious and the location is ideal, within two minutes walk of the center of Chamonix. We are looking forward to staying again next year.

Superb every time

This is the 6th time I have stayed with Chamonix All Year. Every time they have been faultless. Always feels like a very personal experience. Quick replies, always happy to help. The 3 different apartments we have used have been excellent as well. Couldn’t recommend more.

Excellent choice in Chamonix

We had a fantastic time in Chamonix in the last week of June.The property was ideally situated close to everything. We were very impressed that the apartment was as nice as the pictures of it. The kitchen was very functional and well equipped. Will definitely go back!

Excellently located apartment

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Spacious living area and main bathroom. Ensuite walk in shower is off the smallest bedroom but not a problem to a family. Kitchen and dining area ideal for self catering. Right in the old Chamonix town with plenty of excellent food shops.

We've enjoyed our stay at Le Paradis 27

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and all devices were functional (although some of them might need an upgrade/replacement soon). The location is excellent and proximity of the pre-paid parking was also very convenient. Last but not least the Chamonix All Year Ltd. has provided excellent instructions of how to use the apartment. In short it was a nice stay and good value for money.

Perfect for us

Just spot on for a family of six looking for a busy week in Chamonix. Loads of space, great location for rapid access into the town, parking straightforward too. Would have been nice to have been able to lock bikes up in the underground carpark which seemed very empty, but the secure locks outside and space in the locked room next to the apartments underground car park entrance was useful. Only very very minor grumble was that the WiFi was slow, but that was probably just asuch because we were uploading to Google photos so many photos and videos of our fantastic holiday there!

Really lovely place to stay

We really loved it here. Apartment was very close to town, was clean and very very spacious. Worth noting that Brevent lift is a 10 min walk, uphill. Car parking is a nightmare and if driving to the lifts, you need to be there early (before 9am). With the special card they had given us we were able to park in St Michel car park but you had to use the left hand lane. We were there for NYE. We asked Chamonix all year round for recommendations, they came back with one and when I asked for another my message was ignored which was a real shame because up until that point the service was brilliant. The ski hire place they recommended was OK. Very friendly. We hired last years skis to save money. Kids ones were fine, adult ones were a bit worn. Overall a really lovely stay and would recommend

Very good accommodation and location

Always book with Chamonix All Year and Chamonix Valley Transfer. 3rd visit to the appartment. Excellent location and it has everything you need. Comfortable. We were a adult party of five and it had plenty of seating. This year we noticed a lot of noise on the weekend from the Hotel opposite until early hours as they have out door fires and drinking.

Excellent located chalet - superb for weekend stay

We have skied in Chamonix as a group of 6 for 17 years. This apartment was brilliantly central to the nightlife of Cham being directly opposite the 2 main apres ski areas in town. Easy access by foot to Brevent ski area. The main living area of the flat is spacious and nicely decorated. The en-suite bedroom a little cramped with very small shower but other bedrooms okay. Would recommend as location excellent.

Excellent, large apartment in a wonderful location. Near supermarkets and restaurants. Comfortable sitting room with plenty of seating and modern open plan kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room , separate extra toilet and 2 balconies. Lift in building. Would highly recommend.!!

Probably one of the best family trips ever

First of all I will list the negative things about the apartment. Well unfortunately there are NONE. It is the perfect place to have a ski holiday in Chamonix (Probably a summer holiday as well). The staff at Chamonix All Year are fantastic, extremely helpful and just want to make your experience the best it can possibly be. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the pictures, which is a major relief when booking, unseen, from over 14000km away! It is very clean and tidy, very very comfortable and extremely close to the village and ski fields. We stayed for 2 weeks and there were four of us, Mum and Dad and two adult kids. Heaps of room and all of the amenities you could possibly need for that length of stay. We didn't have a vehicle at all and didn't need one, we skied Swiss and Italy ski fields without a problem. The apartment is only about 100m from a pretty well stocked supermarket and the best restaurants in Chamonix. I would highly recommend this apartment and Chamonix All Year to anybody and we will be back.

Updated in a great spot

We stayed here with our family. Chamonix All Year was very accommodating with our check in as we moved from a nearby apartment. We had an infant and needed an earlier check in. CAY and the cleaning staff were very helpful and professional. The apartment was great, modern kitchen and applicances. Location is perfect, close to shops, ski lifts, bus stops to access other ski areas. Beds and pillows were firm, but the apartment was warm and comfy and well equipped. Nice to have two balconies to take in the views.

Excellent Appartment in Ideal Location

This is our 2nd time at this apartment and again I cannot fault the service supplied by CAY. We are a party of 6 and the apartment has plenty of room for all. The facilities are excellent as we tend to cook in the apartment. The location is just over from the Savoy tow lift which is idea for getting to Brevant. The only negative is the ski storage - it is in the basement, damp and not enough space for all the skis .

Another great week in Le Paradis

Another great week in this apartment made all the better by fantastic service from Chamonix All Year staff they are the best! Lovely apartment with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen . Only issue is that the apartment has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 so could potentially sleep 3 couples yet the owner only provides 2 keys!! There should be 3 keys available if required it would make the logisitics of days out etc much easier as we don't all want to be out in the same place together... Please ask again

Spacious flat close to everything

Excellent apartment in good location

The apartment was in a excellent location, over the road from the savoy ski lift, and 5 mins from ski school near the church. We were a party of 6 adults and there was plenty of space. This was our 4th time in Chamonix and the 2nd time with Chamonix all yr. We booked our lift passes, transfers from the airport which all went smoothly. I would recommend this company, and we have already arranged our return for next yr.

Perfect apartement for five friends on climbing holiday

Everything is perfect. But, we only get to keys. And since we were five adults people, we must hide a key glose to the front door.
