This spacious 70 m² first-floor apartment comfortably accommodates 8 to 10 guests, making it an excellent choice for families or groups seeking a memorable mountain retreat. Enjoy breathtaking views from the 15 m² southeast-facing terrace and two 9 m² south-facing balconies, where you can savor both the warmth of sunrise and serene evening sunsets.

The apartment features a versatile sleeping setup to ensure comfort for all guests. The first bedroom includes a bunk bed (90x200) with individual duvets and pillows, as well as a 140 cm double bed. The second and third bedrooms each feature a 140 cm double bed, providing cozy and restful accommodations. In the living area, a sofa bed (140x200) with its own duvet and pillows offers additional sleeping space, making it an ideal option for larger groups.

The property boasts two well-appointed bathrooms to enhance convenience during your stay. The first bathroom features a relaxing bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains, while the second offers a shower and toilet, ensuring ample facilities for all guests.

Designed for relaxation, the inviting living area is furnished with a convertible sofa, an additional non-convertible sofa, an armchair, and a coffee table, all centered around a flat-screen LCD TV. Whether you're gathering for a movie night or enjoying quiet moments together, this space is perfect for unwinding.

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 p.m.

Before your departure, please ensure that the dishes are clean and put away, and dispose of trash in the designated area as indicated during your check-in.
