Probabilmente sai già della Disney, che si trova proprio sulla soglia, quindi che dire della villa ......?

Questa è la "casa di lusso perfetta" per tutta la famiglia ed è adatta per famiglie piccole o grandi. Una villa con 5 camere da letto, 4. 5 bagni con piscina privata e aggiornamenti unici. È completamente climatizzato con ventilatori a soffitto aggiuntivi in tutte le camere. La master suite al piano di sotto ha un letto king size, televisione e servizi privati che conduce alla piscina esterna.

C'è anche un altro maestro al primo piano con un bagno privato che include una vasca da giardino per le notti che arrivi a casa dai parchi e vuoi rilassarti, una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato, camera doppia, bagno familiare e una camera a castello progettata su misura che i bambini adoreranno.

Nei giorni in cui vuoi rimanere a casa e rilassarti, controlla la sala giochi completamente climatizzata per bambini e adulti completa di tavolo da biliardo, 2 TV, Xbox, tavolo da bar e set da poker. Altrimenti potresti preferire fare un tuffo in piscina (riscaldamento disponibile a un costo aggiuntivo durante i mesi più freddi) mentre guardi la TV esterna da 50 "con la cottura del barbecue sulla griglia su misura e sul bar. Troverai sempre qualcosa da fare in quanto c'è davvero qualcosa per tutti!

La villa si trova su un ampio terreno ad angolo con parcheggio fuori strada per 2 auto e un ponte piscina coperta lanai esposto a sud che si affaccia su una foresta. La parte posteriore della proprietà non è trascurata e offre quindi un ambiente insolitamente privato per godersi il tempo "R&R" con la famiglia e gli amici.
La terrazza della piscina ha 8 posti a sedere, set di divani, sgabelli da bar e lettini per quei pigri pomeriggi per rilassarsi e guardare il sole tramontare o giocare alla TV.

Incluso nel noleggio è l'uso dei servizi di The Oasis Clubhouse, che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla porta di casa, tra cui:
* Piscina per famiglie con lazy river e acquascivolo
* Piscina del resort con Tiki Bar
* Campi da pallavolo
* Palestra all'avanguardia

Il Championsgate Country Club è letteralmente a pochi passi dalla villa ed è un campo a 18 buche in stile resort;
Il Championsgate Golf Club offre 2, molto diversi, campi da campionato progettati da Greg Norman, nonché un campo par 3 illuminato a 9 buche ed è la sede della David Leadbetter Golf Academy.
Basti dire che c'è molto da tenere occupato l'avido golfista per tutta la durata del tuo soggiorno! Questo è anche senza avventurarsi un po 'più lontano dalla moltitudine di altre strutture per il golf di classe mondiale, tutto l'anno, offerte a Orlando.

The Gate

We love Champions Gate. This property had the things you need: mainly towels and sunshine. Very pleasant stay during a very busy Passover/Easter period. Pool heat and a real hot tube vs spa. Loved our stay. “The Gate” refers to problems with the QR codes on the gate passes that were issued by the property security…needs improvement.

Great Home & Great Stay

The home owner and I communicated through questions I had prior to the booking and she was very quick to respond with the answers required. I additionally had communication with the property manager who was just as wonderful. The home is everything and more than the pictures show. We have rented in this complex in the past and have not stayed in a place that felt quite as “at home” as this one did. We will plan to stay here again in the future.

Great 6 night stay at Champions Gate

Our Group of 7 had a great stay at this property. There was nothing to be dissapointed about and no suprises. The property was everything we hoped it would be and then some. The house was clean upon arrival the community was quite and clean. The house is plenty big enough for 2 to 3 families or 1 large family to spread out. The pool patio area is large enough to stay and play all day. For a change of pace the Oasis Club is just a short walk away. The property is a short distance from everything you would need for groceries or all kinds of dining etc, Publix 5min away, multiple golf courses 5 mins away, Omni Resort with fine dining and outdoor tracer technology driving range 5mins away. Being so close to everything is convient because traffic around the area can get congested but knowing you only have a short distance to go is relieving. I would absolutely rent the property in the future.

Fabulous Stay for our Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in the vacation property. Everything was fantastic! The only constructive feedback I would offer is that there were not very many kitchen towels available and amenities like toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent were minimal. Be aware that you will have to purchase these if you stay more than 2 or 3 nights. Other than that, no issues at all! We would recommend to anyone!

Refreshing and relaxing

There is plenty of space for everyone to have fun together or spend some relaxing time to themselves. Great for kids, teens and family. The property manager was responsive and easy to work with. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Wonderful holiday

We had an amazing holiday doing all the obvious Florida theme parks. Having this holiday home as our base topped the holiday off. It was beautiful and exactly the same as the pictures with loads of space for us to relax and recover from the busy park days. The host was really helpful and everything we asked for was set up for us on arrival eg pool heating. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. I had read some reviews of Championsgate’s noisy neighbours but we didn’t experience any of that. We would definitely return again if we were staying in Florida.

A Wonderful Vacation

We had an incredible time! Any issues that arose were dealt with promptly. The home is clean and very well taken care of. Sharon was wonderful to deal with, and the property manager was as well. We can’t wait to return!

Owner Says They are Not Responsible for Listing or Items Paid for during stay

Upon arriving, killed a cockroach and found the ladder to the bunk bed broken. Ladder could not be fixed for 2 days. Ants in the upstairs. Ran out of propane, pool guy told us the pool was not being heated, pool balls with broken pieces out of them and would not roll - pool cues no tips. Cigarette butt on patio. Cleaned the outdoor grill inside and out upon departure, only to be charged $100 because a hidden drawer was not cleaned out where it collects fallen debris. Took photos as I knew it would be an issue. In our photos, the knobs of the grill and behind the knobs are clean. Owner sent photo of dirty knobs and grime behind the knobs. My photo is time stamped. Also took photos of every room as it said if there was more than 1 load of laundry or dirty dishes extra cleaning fees would be charged. We paid for cleaning up front with the rental, but did all the laundry and dishes. Owner says they are not responsible for making sure there is propane, that the pool table is in working order or for what the pool guy said (we paid for heat). Also not responsible for bugs or cigarette butts. Extremely disappointing. Still trying to get our $100 back.

Nice property!

Sharon was great to work with and property manager was responsive. Had small issue with outside TV but not a huge deal. Overall property matched listing and house was very clean and well stocked. Nice location to Disney parks and pool was a huge hit!

Florida Family Vacation 2022

This was a wonderful property located in Champions Gate. The check in process was a little bit tedious (as it took approx 45 minutes due to everyone checking in at the same time). The homeowner handled any situation we did run into in a timely manner. Luckily we only had 2 vehicles, as both houses on either side of us had 4-6....parked everywhere. The house was clean, had plenty of towels, and was very comfortable to stay in. I would definately return.

Home away from home

Great month-long escape

In looking towards retirement, 4 of us (2 couples) decided that we wanted to try spending a month in Florida to see if that was something we wanted to put in our retirement plan. We researched a lot of houses all over the state, and this was the one that we thought best suited our needs. We were right! This house is set up perfectly, We were working remotely from there so we used the extra bedrooms, the play room, the dining area, and the outdoor deck as office space and we all had plenty of room to spread out. We also had several guests during the month and even with 4 couples, there was plenty of room. We used the pool and deck area daily - morning coffee outside, afternoon drinks by the pool, and cooked dinner on the grill. The Oasis clubhouse is an easy 5 min walk. The pool area with the lazy river seems great for kids and the food at the restaurant there was good. The gym has quite a bit of equipment and wasn't too crowded. The location is great - close to the theme park area, several golf courses nearby, a couple of grocery stores and pharmacies within a couple of miles, Costco is about 30 min away, and just about any big chain store/restaurant is within 15 - 20 min. The only downside to the location is traffic on I-4, but there are several back roads that will allow you to navigate around most of it. The house was clean and the property manager was responsive and easy to deal with. If we ever decide to visit this part of Florida again, we will definitely be back here!

Wonderful home / clean / well located

The overall experience was excellent. From check in to check out. The house is well located in a golf community on a quiet street. The pool and spa were heated upon our arrival and easy to use. The kitchen is well appointed and the game room is very nice. The owner sent very detailed information about the house well in advance of arrival and put us in touch with their local property manager. They were both very responsive. The house was better than we expected. It immediately felt like home.

Great house / Great location

The house was everything that was advertised. This is my third time staying at ChampionsGate in a different house. I haven’t really been disappointed yet. This particular house could’ve been a little cleaner but it was satisfactory. The Jacuzzi was not working properly when we arrived, however the management company contact the owners and they fixed it a few days before we left. Which is all I can ask. I do appreciate that they fixed it in a timely fashion. To summit all up I would rent this house again no problem.
