The bathroom was dirty as if no one cleans the toilet or tub, there were no toiletries to use, no house keeping that came to see if we needed clean towels or anything, the soap container they had hanging looked like they are never changed out with mold and dirt, pillows were extremely flat and room smelled. “Online check in with selfie and copy of driver's license not acceptable. No one present on arrival. Number to call did not get an answer. Room had no place to hang clothes, no glasses. Only thing furnished was soap, shampoo and towels. No live TV. The name suits it. Stayable. It is a little better than sleeping in your car, but not much better. ”

“Stayed with our family, the place was clean, staff were helpful. A couple of rules to keep in mind for checkout, but nothing out of the ordinary. The only thing they need to figure out is how to keep the pool at a decently cool temperature. Will definitely stay there again.”

I only feel like if you give instructions to clean as you go, and I understand there is no way for anyone to check or anything. But I was there for 2 weeks and I saw the same dishes in the sink, dirty glasses with soda, wine, even milk, all sitting on the counter for 2 weeks. “The ONLY thing that would have made this place better would be a better view in the pool area. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort.
