This 90m² single-story cottage features a dining room with a lounge area and a kitchenette. Three bright and beautiful bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and a terrace offering magnificent views, are available. The first bedroom, "Cannelle," has a queen-size bed (160cm) and the option to add a child's bed. The second bedroom, "Chocolat," also has a queen-size bed (160cm), and the third bedroom, "Moka," has two single beds (90cm). In summer, please bring your own pool towels! A welcome basket of local products can be arranged upon arrival (please contact the owner for details). Nestled on a hillside, Le Champynoise is a passive wooden house with contemporary lines, combining comfort and eco-friendliness in a refined atmosphere that blends charm and modernity. During the summer season, you can relax in the preheated natural swimming pool overlooking a stunning panorama (generally open from June to September). Adjoining the owner's house and located in the Pays d'Urfé region, this is the ideal place to combine sport and relaxation: hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing... and exploring the local heritage. The house, a mountain biking hub, lends you 6 mountain bikes free of charge to enjoy the trails of the FFC (French Cycling Federation) Bois Noirs mountain biking area and can also rent you 2 electric mountain bikes. There is also a pétanque court and various children's games.
