“I booked this trip for my parents, as a birthday gift for my Dad's 60th. The staff was so cooperative and easy to work with to organize this for me. I am in the USA, so I was worried about hearing back from the property. But the hotel staff, especially Mr. Dilip Singh, were fantastic in constantly communicating with me regarding the booking. They personally emailed my Dad regarding the gift on his birthday and spoke with them many times before they reached Sasan. I highly recommend the hotel...
