“Staff- In room dining manager Mr. Pallav took exceptional care of my dietrery needs. We have been to many 5 star hotels but the care Mr. Pallav took of our family was amazing. Even the doorman Mr. Samarjeet was.great. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend, and we were impressed from the interiors of this hotel.
We checked in at 10.00 am so we had to pay half day more because the normal timing of the hotel was at 02.00 pm.
The check in was fast but with some small misbehavior from the staff, because one girl standing in the back of the reception and playing candy crush on her phone jumped in the front when she heard we are doing the early check in and she said (2-3 times )in very unfriendly and arrogant...

“I had a wonderful stay at Taj Chandigarh. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was excellent. The staff was extremely kind, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. The service was truly amazing and made the experience even more comfortable. Highly recommended.”

“Everything was great, special shoutout to Manish for helping us out during the check-in, e just landed from Canada and had no UPI to pay for the cab. Appreciate him going above and beyond to help us out. His act of kindness made us feel at ease landing in an unknown place. ”
