Hotel di lusso a Chandigarh

“I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend, and we were impressed from the interiors of this hotel. We checked in at 10.00 am so we had to pay half day more because the normal timing of the hotel was at 02.00 pm. The check in was fast but with some small misbehavior from the staff, because one girl standing in the back of the reception and playing candy crush on her phone jumped in the front when she heard we are doing the early check in and she said (2-3 times )in very unfriendly and arrogant...

“Front desk girl could be more professional and polite. If they ask for “2nd ID”, it means another id of same person and not the other person. Could have simply asked for ID of other guest and not try to show arrogance.”
