“The staff of 1 was helpful when needed. Room was clean with no issues however, there was no television remote in the room, no ironing board, no iron. Beds were very low to the floor yet comfortable. There was a kitchen but no equipment should I had wanted to cook. No coffee pot, cups, only two small plastic cups in the bathroom.”

“Upon check in to my room the television didn’t work no volume I was moved across the hall, the electrical outlets near the bed didn’t work in that room then as I was getting dressed for my day I found out the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Front desk staff came up and couldn’t give me an explanation on why, just said I don’t know it was all just a mess, had to jump through hoops to get my second night cancelled ended up leaving and booking a different room for the night”

“The property was a little dated and in need of some improvements, the person at check in was less than friendly and the area did not seem all that safe.”

“Best hotel out there with free breakfast and dinner.”

“The staff was all very nice and very helpful and all times of day. We like this hotel they are located close to family and they have good prices and the only thing we didn’t like this time(it’s our 3rd stay here) is we didn’t get a first floor cause we like the patio to the pool but we understand it was not available maybe next time.”

“Property was nice and well kept. Dog friendly! Dishwasher had dirty dishes. Rusty knives, mopped floors alongside with hair next to the baseboard and doorway entry. Elevators a bit dirty frequently.”
