“I want to commend your reception staff (Eiffel and Dex) for their willingness to help us when we needed it most. We had misplaced our phone on our way to the hotel in the bullet train. Despite not knowing the language he assisted us promptly by calling the relevant people and helped greatly with the recovery within 24 hours. I really appreciate his gesture and am thankful for his kind gesture. Because of such staff your country’s image is enhanced more. I have a more positive image of China now...

일단 깨끗합니다. 넓은 방에 장식품들 어지럽게 놓지 않고, 여백미를 잘 살린점도 좋았습니다. 조식도 가격에 비해 너무 좋았구요.
세면대쪽 누수가 있었는데 임시조치이긴 하지만, 빠르게 처리해준것도 마음에 들었습니다.(체크아웃때 사과의 의미로 기념품도 받았습니다 : 책갈피?)
방이 큰데다가, 유리창도 커서 그런지 난방때 온도가 올라가지 않는건 단점입니다. 난방에 대한 대책이 필요하다고 생각합니다.
그리고 제가 조작법을 다 숙지하지 못해서 그런건지, 주요장소(세면대, 화장실, 욕실)가 센서등이라서 자다가 일어나서 화장실이라도 가려면 센서등이 다 작동이 되서 같이 있는 사람이 불편함을 느낄수도 있다는 점도 단점이라 생각합니다.
직원분들 친절했고, 시설 깨끗하고 사소한 단점 가볍게 넘어가니 당연히 10점 숙소 입니다.
재방문할 계획이며, 다음 이용시 suite room을 이용할지는 모르겠지만, 요근래 몇년동안 이용한 호텔중 제일 마음에...

“Quite old hotel, need renovation. Pool is cold and desolated. Staff is not professional and quite lazy. Concierge was sleeping when food was delivered and I needed to pickup down to the hall by myself. Definitely a no hotel.”

L'hotel è molto bello, le stanze moderne, il bagno ottimo, con doccia e wc separati.
La zona è ok perchè in 10 minuti siete nei maggiori punti di interesse.
Colazione ottima e presentata bene, non fosse che le brioches e il pane risultavano comunque secchi, purtroppo quel tipo di alimenti non possono essere lasciati lì più di 1 giorno, però c'erano.
Carino il the pomeridiano offerto dove abbiamo trovato...

“The room was simple but efficient and more than enough for a few nights.
Breakfast was included and was very nice! From the hotel it takes about 10-15mins to walk to the closest metro stations and it is also possible to walk to the old town, but this takes approx. 25-45mins, depending on where you want to go.
The major sights are easily reachable via metro, though.”

“The hotel itself was lovely, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, tourists should be aware that reaching the main attractions requires either a 40-minute walk or a taxi ride.
That said, if the distance isn’t a concern, the experience is well worth it—the hotel worked perfectly for us, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, adding an extra highlight to the stay.”
