A very good and modern hotel. Spacious, clean and contemporary guest room. Terrific layout of bathroom. The hotel staff are super attentive and friendly. The breakfast is excellent and got a variety of food. To sum up, I highly recommend this hotel which is one of the best in the Hilton group.

best hotel in the area by western standards. Only complaint is the sauna/steam is never prepped in the morning, so you have to wait 15 minutes for it to warm up. Surely the staff could turn it on first thing when gym opens???

Clean Comfortable Excellent B'fast Friendly Staffs
It is a little bite old, but absolutely well maintained. Very clean , except the window (outside) looks like not cleaned for along time. Very comfortable. It has a lively atmosphere at the lobby , especially at night , with the sound of music from live band. Excellent Breakfast.

Nice hotel but poor functioning heating system
Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff and great breakfast. Comfy and silent room, but heating system did not function properly. First room was sweating hot and the next was the opposite. In the end the hotel management brought an electric heater to plug into the wall socket. Not exactly usual Hilton standard. I have encountered poor functioning heating and AC systems as well as leaking windows in several Chinese luxury hotels; seems as the quality of civil works construction in general is lacking behind western standards.

Comfort stay but the western food is very bad.
I had dinner at Red Bar, the food was very bad especially the steak & pizza.

首先房间卫生间没有排气扇，这让我很纳闷。酒店游泳设施也不尽人如意。特大床床架会发出刺耳声音。中央空调也基本没什么用处。舒适度还行。这家希尔顿酒店我应该不会再次入住了。

Nice stay and service
Front desk gave me free bottled water, and ordered taxi for me. Friendly service. English speaking was fine. I had a 6th floor room with balcony that was very spacious.

Good hotel that is declining rapidly
I have stayed here at this hotel since it opened in Jiaxing. The food has steadily gone down in quality. Room service food is terrible and over priced and the buffet needs more western dishes. I stayed in a suite and the lock to my door would not open approximately 1/2 the time. When I asked the bellman for help, he could not do it either.
