There were 3 good restaurants in walking distance and an excellent bakery/coffee shop at the top of the street to the right of the house. “Everything about our stay was perfection. The quaint alley that Deziree house was located was unbelievably convenient to the harbor, to restaurants, and shopping. Parking was convenient and getting to and from outside Chania activites was easy (once I figured out how to manuever out of the spot!). Maria was unavailable to meet us, but her dear friend, Manousos was delightful and welcoming and very patient with these American tourists.
